Pembatalan akan berlaku satu tahun sesudah tanggal penerimaan pemberitahuan tersebut oleh Sekretaris-Djenderal. 2. Konpensi ini tidak akan mempunjai kekuatan lagi mulai tanggal djika pembatalan jang mengurangi djumlah peserta kurang dari enam mulai berlaku. Pasal IX. Setiap persengketaan jang mungkin timbul antara tiap dua atau lebih negara-negara peserta mengenai tafsiran atau pelaksanaan dari konpensi ini, jang tidak diselesaikan dalam perundingan, atas permintaan dari salah satu dari peserta-peserta jang bersengketa akan diteruskan kepada Intera. Court of Justice untuk diputuskan, ketjuali djika mereka setudju kepada tjara penjelesaian jang lain. Pasal X. Sekretaris-Djenderal Perserikatan Bangsa-bangsa akan memberitahukan kepada semua anggota Perserikatan Bangsa-bangsa dan negara-negara bukan anggota jang disebut dalam paragraph 1 dari Pasal IV dari konpensi ini seperti berikut: a) Penanda tanganan-penanda tanganan dan instrument of ratifications jang diterima sesuai dengan Pasal IV. b) Instruments of accession jang diterima sesuai dengan Pasal V. c) Tanggal mulai berlakunja konpensi ini sesuai dengan Pasal VI. d) Pengumuman-pengumuman dan pemberitahuan pemberitahuan jang diterima sesuai dengan Pasal VII. e) Pemberitahuan-pemberitahuan pembatalan jang diterima sesuai dengan paragraph 1 dari Pasal VIII. f) Pembatalan sesuai dengan paragraph 2 dari Pasal VIII.
